With an elastic loop at one end that stretches from 3 to 7 inches, it can be looped through itself and attached to almost anything with a hook, ring, or handle, increasing your nighttime visibility and personal safety. Made of durable, reflective material, its efficient (100,000 hour) bulb and polymer strip emit a bright light that can be seen from up to a mile away.
